Been coming here for over 25 years and it never disappoints . Quality and quantity is still the same. Definitely my favorite chinese restaurant of all time. Wonton soup, chicken fried rice, Cantonese style noodles and spare ribs are some of my favorite dishes . I give it 9.5/10

I love this family restaurant. The staff works hard to give quality and tasty meals. Have been going for years with family and friends. One thing , the Laval is not the same administration… too bad. I have try it, the food is not the same, sadly…

Went on a recommendation. Wow, what an atmosphere. Allan makes you feel like a member of the family. The team was so fast I don't think we were sitting more than 5 min and we got our entréeThe food was excellent. Can't wait to try the lunch specials to get a taste of other stuff. We will be back.!

Again, Kam Shing Van Home Restaurant set us up with their best menu, something irresistible and delicious. Another lovely experience that I recommend for anyone in Montreal. I longed to dive into the meal so much that I forgot to take pictures of all we had. The three courses we had there for dinner were delicious. Their fried rice was very delicious.

My favorite place in the area!! We love it. Our favorites are salt and pepper squid, general tao, orange beef, crispy noodles with vegetables and egg rolls.Lately we tried the lunch special, it is a huge platter and includes soup and a roll as well. Cheap, delicious and filling! Lunch special is only for weekdays. But no matter what time it is when it is, if you are looking for comfort food, you should try Kam Shing! The staff is very friendly and fun. We never had a bad experience so far given that we visit there very often. They even gave us some plants from the restaurant. If you are in the area, don’t look for another place, try Kam Shing Thank you soo so much for everything!!

One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in the city, really generous portions, fresh ingredients and fair priced.Service is great and always with a smile. Easily reachable with the metro, will definitely come back to give it another go.Salt e pepper seafood was crazy good!

Best Chinese restaurant in Cote-des-Neiges. If you’re looking for HUGE portions of no frills American-Chinese fare, this is the place to check out.The beef gailan chow mein is saucy and crunchy. General Tao, probably my favourite in town - these chunky nuggets are meaty, none of the usual giant blobs of dough they try to serve you at other places. The wontons - springy little bites of pure shrimpy goodness! They also serve the most generous portion of shrimp toast I’ve ever seen.I’ve been going to the Kam Shing in Plaza CDN for years and having noticed a drop in quality at that location, I’ve swapped over to this smaller but much friendlier locale on Van Horne. The wait staff uncles here are hilarious, so friendly and super attentive.
